Jennifer Jernberg, PT
Jenn graduated from the University of Mississippi Medical Center in 1997 with her degree in Physical Therapy. She has worked in Mississippi, North Carolina, Virginia, and Iowa. She has experience in acute care, adult rehabilitation, pediatric outpatient, and 20 years in home health. She started Hope Tree Physical Therapy and Wellness in 2021.

Abbey
Abbey is a 9 year old Yorkie mix who has been a loving companion to 3 elderly adults and has also worked as the resident therapy dog in a memory care facility in Northern VA.
She found her forever home when she was adopted by Jenn, after Jenn was her family’s visiting PT.
Therapy dog visits available upon request. Will work for treats.
